Do I need an account or payment to get a quote?
No. You can request a free quote or ask a question as a guest, with no obligation to buy. To continue online later, register with the same email, sign in and select Email me a verification link in My account. Open the email and confirm to link your earlier enquiry. You can then view messages, review a valid quote and approve it to continue to PayPal. Linking a request never takes a payment. If your email has changed or you cannot access it, contact support with your request number.
Is this a store, a buying service or a forwarding address?
Bonaeda is a buying service for eligible Korean-made goods. Send product links for us to review; the illustrated categories are not an in-stock catalogue. Please do not send parcels to our business address or treat it as a forwarding address without arranging this with us first.
What if my item sells out after I pay?
We contact you before purchasing any replacement. If you do not want an alternative, we refund the unpurchased item amount, its associated buying fee and unused shipping charges. Other items already purchased are handled separately. Read the unavailable-item policy.
Does my quote include customs charges?
Your final quote includes confirmed international shipping. Import duties, destination taxes and carrier clearance charges may be payable separately unless the quote expressly includes them. An unknown charge is not treated as zero. Ask us about what is included before paying.
I have not received a reply. What should I do?
Check spam or junk for messages from support@bonaeda.com. Our reply target is 24 hours on business days in Korea (UTC+9), excluding weekends and Korean public holidays. If that time has passed, email support with your request number or the email address used to submit. Please avoid submitting duplicate requests.
What kinds of products can I request?
You can enquire about legally tradable products made in Korea, including beauty, homeware, stationery, clothing, and other categories. Each item still needs an origin, availability, and shipping eligibility check. An item being sold in Korea does not automatically mean it can be shipped to your country.
Can I request an item that isn’t shown here?
Yes. The categories above are starting points. Add a store link, product name, or description to your request, together with any size, colour, and quantity details.
How much does the service cost?
Our buying fee is 10% of the combined item price before tax and shipping, with a minimum of US$10 per confirmed purchase request. Several items confirmed together share one minimum fee. We show Korean item prices in KRW and your quote total in USD, with the applied exchange rate stated. Domestic delivery, international shipping and any applicable taxes are separate. How long will delivery take?
A delivery estimate depends on seller availability, preparation time, destination, and the shipping method available for the item. There is no universal delivery promise; an estimate needs to be confirmed for your specific request.
Can I purchase directly from the website?
You can submit a quote request or purchase application using this form. Your request is saved on this website for our team to review. Product availability, costs, and payment arrangements must be confirmed separately. You can track signed-in requests in My account. Once your final quote is ready, sign in to approve it and pay through PayPal within its 48-hour validity period.
What about returns or cancellations?
Cancellation is free before we purchase your items. After purchase, change-of-mind returns depend on the Korean seller’s terms and may involve return costs. After international dispatch, change-of-mind returns are generally unavailable. Faulty or incorrect items and any rights under applicable consumer law are handled separately.
