Bonaeda is a Korean purchasing assistance service operated by Lighthouse (๋ผ์ดํธํ์ฐ์ค). We help English-speaking customers request eligible products made in Korea. A request is an enquiry, not a paid order.

2. Requests and confirmation
Send the product link, option, quantity and destination country. Quotes may be requested without an account; purchase requests require sign-in. We check availability, manufacturing origin and shipping eligibility for the requested items. A Korean brand does not necessarily mean an item was made in Korea.
We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days, using Korea Standard Time. Requests received on weekends or Korean public holidays are reviewed on the next business day. This is a response target, not a guarantee of stock or purchase completion.
3. Buying fee
The service fee is 10% of the combined item price before tax and shipping, with a minimum of US$10 per confirmed purchase request. Multiple items confirmed together are subject to one minimum fee, not a separate minimum per item. New purchases requested after an earlier purchase has been confirmed are quoted separately.
For example, items with a quoted pre-tax value of US$60 incur a US$10 service fee; items valued at US$200 incur a US$20 service fee. Delivery and taxes are additional. These examples are illustrative and are not offers for specific products.
4. Quote currency and additional costs
Original Korean item prices are shown in KRW and the quote total is shown in USD. Each quote must state the applied KRW/USD conversion rate, its date and source, and any separately disclosed conversion or payment charge. A fixed exchange-rate markup is not published. Review the final USD amount before approval.
A quote identifies item costs, applicable Korean taxes, domestic delivery, our buying fee and confirmed international shipping separately. Destination duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges may be assessed separately by the destination authorities or carrier. The quote states whether any such amount is included; an unknown charge is not represented as zero.
International shipping depends on destination, contents, packaged weight and size. Preliminary estimates are not payable quotes. We confirm international shipping before issuing the final total for one payment. The final quote is valid for 48 hours; stock conditions are stated in the individual quote.
5. Approval and payment
Submitting or approving a request on the website does not charge a card or complete payment. We confirm the products, final costs, payment arrangements and delivery conditions separately before proceeding. Do not send card details or passwords in a request or email. Final USD quotes can be paid through PayPal from your account after approval.
6. Eligible items and delivery
We do not arrange illegal or prohibited purchases. Items must be eligible for export from Korea, carriage and import into the destination country. Restrictions can apply to otherwise legal products. Availability and delivery estimates are item-specific and may be affected by the seller, carrier or customs. Shipping details are provided once available.
7. Cancellations, returns and concerns
See our cancellation and returns policy for the stages before purchase, after purchase and after international dispatch. Report an issue by email with your request number. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Your information
Provide accurate contact, product and destination details. Do not use the service to impersonate another person or submit unlawful content. Our privacy notice explains how request and account information is handled.
Quote validity and payment
Final quotes are valid for 48 hours from issue. We confirm international shipping before issuing a payable quote. The item cost, buying fee and confirmed shipping are paid together in USD through PayPal. Please complete payment before the expiry shown in your account; approval alone does not reserve the price. Expired quotes require review and reissue. Import duties and destination taxes collected by customs remain payable separately unless the quote expressly includes them.
If an item becomes unavailable after payment
We will contact you before buying a replacement. We only purchase an alternative with your agreement. If you do not want an alternative, we refund the amount paid for the item we could not buy, its associated buying fee, and any shipping amount that will not be used. We confirm the refund breakdown with you. This does not automatically cancel other items already purchased for the same request.
